MANALI ADVENTURE'S

We are for sure Kids would like to experience winter in summer away from Hyderabad. So come let’s explore the majestic Himalaya as we travel down from one region to another. Our camp is located 12 km before Manali on Kulu-Manali road adjacent to River Bias.

• Age between 12 years to 16 years
• Package Duration: 08 Days Secunderabad to Secunderabad

• Duration of number of camping days can be customized as per the School’s requirement.

Day 01:

Departure from Secunderabad Railway Station to New Delhi / H. Nizamuddin  

Day 02:

Arrival at New Delhi / H-Nizamuddin Railway Station, board the Bus and move to Refreshment point for Freshen up. Sight-seeing at India Gate. Evening departure from New Delhi to Manali by A/C Bus.  

Day 03:

10:00 am Arrival at our camp site which is 12 kms before Manali, Check in camp, Freshen-up, after that we start our camp schedule with Introduction of Mountaineering Equipment’s, our Camp Staff and Lecture on Hygiene of Camp site and information on First Aid, Acclimatization Trek to village Monastery and Camp Fire.

Day 04: 

We will organize Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Local Sightseeing Team Games, Information on Mountaineering Knots and Camp Fire.

Day 05:

We will go for River Crossing in River Bias, River Rafting and DJ Night.

Day 06:

Checkout from camp, Visit to Snow Point the nearest pass by road which is famous for Snow Sports, where one can enjoy the Zorbing ball and Rope way. We do not guarantee Snow at this location; it all depends on the Climate. Departure from Manali Bus Stand by A/C Bus to Delhi.   

Day 07 :

Arrival at New Delhi, Freshen up at Normal Hotel, Sightseeing will be arranged for few locations.

Includes:

The 8 days Package cost  includes, Transportation from Secunderabad Railway Station to Secunderabad Railway Station, Simple Hygienic meals ONLY (Breakfast, lunch, Dinner, one time Tea / Snacks) all Veg Meals. Accommodation in Tents, Sleeping Bags, Mattress, Instructor, First Aid, Electricity in Camp Site, Toilet Facilities , Hot and Cold water, Music Bon fire, all Activities with Instructor in Camp Site, Local transport sight seeing in Manali and Group Insurance.
     

Does not include:

Flight fair, Pickup and Drop at Secunderabad Railway Station, Food outside the camp, , OR any other Adventure Activities which are not proposed in package, any type of Personal Expenses, any other Expenses related to Natural Calamities and any Expenses related to Medical Issues. 

Note:-

• Train arrangements (Booking and Seating) are subjected to availability and all the Rules and Regulations of Indian Railway are applicable.  
• We will need the confirmation and the complete Package cost well in advance for the Bookings.
• Rajdhani Express from Secunderabad is only available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
• Rajdhani Express from Nizamuddin is only available on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
• Simple Food is only provided by us.
• Tented Accommodations in the camp.
• Minimum numbers of students are 40 and maximum numbers are 60 only.
• For a group of 15 students 1 teacher may join.
• This is an Adventure package.

• Mode of payment: - 100% well in advance

• In case of Rail Roko by any Political Party or any type of Bund declared which will affect the Camp, to proceed further; the decision which will be taken at that movement in coordination with the school management will be final. And the expenses which are incurred in paying the Advances and Bookings will be deducted from the original package cost and the balance will be returned back to the school management (This will happen only if the camp is cancelled in what so ever the reason may be).
• Littering, Smoking, Drinking Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the camp.
• Disclaimer to be signed by the Parents / Guardians for attending the Camp.
• The Itinerary can be altered due to things out of control in our hands and also looking at safety of the participants.
• There will be other groups also who will be camping along with us, but we will try and see that the activities will not coincide with them.
• There can be delay in travel time due to Bus / Train failure or things out of control in our hands.
• The Cancellation and Refund Policy is as following

30 days prior to departure -    50 % will be refunded back
20 days prior to departure -    30 % will be refunded back
10 days prior to departure -    20 % will be refunded back
05 days prior to departure -    No Refund
